All sales are final once files have been downloaded. If you receive the wrong file or experience a download issue, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
When we will make it right
We will issue a replacement or full refund if:
- Your file is corrupted or unreadable
- You were charged but did not receive a download link
- You were charged twice for the same product
Contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@adultingstandard.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered through the order confirmation and the email address used at checkout. Contact us if you need help re-accessing your files.
Print editions
Print orders cannot be cancelled once submitted for fulfilment. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.
Organizational licenses
Site and district licenses are non-refundable once the license agreement has been executed and files delivered. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us first — we are happy to answer them.
