Products and delivery
All products sold on The Adulting Vault are digital downloads (PDF, ZIP, or Excel format) unless expressly marked as a Print Edition. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link by email and on your order confirmation page. Contact us if you need to re-access your files after a link expires.
Personal use license
Individual product purchases are licensed for personal use only. You may print unlimited copies for yourself and your immediate household. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or use these materials in a commercial, educational, or organizational setting without an appropriate organizational license. Full license terms are included with every download.
Organizational licenses
Site licenses and district licenses grant use within the specified scope (team, department, single school, district, or county/state) for one year from the date of purchase. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared outside the licensed organization.
Refunds
All sales are final once files have been downloaded. If you receive the wrong file or experience a download issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@adultingstandard.com and we will make it right. Print orders cannot be cancelled once submitted for fulfilment. If a print order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.
Intellectual property
All content, including text, illustrations, and design, is the intellectual property of Adulting Standard. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

The resources sold through The Adulting Vault were developed with the assistance of generative AI tools used for drafting, structuring, and editing content. All content has been reviewed, edited, and approved by a human. The research, structure, editorial judgment, and final decisions behind every guide are human-led. AI was used as a writing and design tool, not as a replacement for human oversight.
